The Artist creatively arranged brass and woodwind instruments to mirror and juxtapose the scene of trees in winter!  Beginner Artist, Tom Goldsmith, proudly displays his first pastel painting!
 Beginning Student, Roy Keren, completed his first self portrait using Conte` Crayon.
Conte` Crayon is similar to chalk pastel but because the pigment is bound with a more waxy medium, it doesn't smudge like chalk pastel. It is a great drawing medium and enabled the student to achieve realistic facial tones in his portrait!  Hear ye, Hear ye!
Every Knight and Lady of the Realm needs their very own castle! As one of their crafts, children enrolled in Art Camp will be making their own castle from cardboard tubes, foam board and felt. Don't let your child miss out on a fun way to learn about History!  This painting was drawn from observation and uses multiple layers of washes to create the differing textures of glass and fruit. This is the Artist's second watercolor painting!
This difficult perspective of a cityscape was done by a 3-year student, age 9. The overall dark mood of the piece is dramatically offset by the only element done in color...a tree growing on top of a building!
