Beginner Watercolor emphasizes basic techniques and understanding needed for anyone interested in this medium, such as: brush stroke exercises for control, the watercolorist's vocabulary, and how to use and care for their materials. They will also create simple paintings using the learned techniques.
Intermediate Watercolor consists of directed lessons emphasizing good painting processes and more challenging subjects. Advanced Watercolor students are encouraged to try different techniques to enhance their creative expression. The student may choose their own subject matter, including reference photos taken by the student. |
