At 81 years young, our student Steve O. made the decision to learn how to draw. After a few lessons on perspective, he was able to render this stunning drawing of a train. His attention to detail and perspective are proof that it's never too late to discover hidden talents and bring your dreams to life!  This painting captures the energy and warmth of a sunny urban scene. The oil painting done by Eric T., features a lively city street in one-point perspective. The buildings are painted in pastel pink and orange tones that contrast against a vibrant blue sky. The overall style is loose and expressive, with visible brushstrokes and a playful use of color. Nice work, Eric!  Art of Excellence student, Alex K., has created a vibrant self-portrait using chalk pastels. She captured herself with striking red hair and wearing a cozy green sweater. The artwork, titled " 'Red' in Green", emphasizes bold contrasts in color while showcasing the student's attention to texture and detail. Way to go, Alexa!  |
